The Town of McCandless is soliciting proposals from interested firms for the provision of Municipal Pension Fund Investment services for the Police and Non-Uniformed pension plans currently totaling approximately $20.1 million in assets. The request for proposals includes: Overview of the RFP Evaluation Process; Detailed Applicant Review & Interview Rating Criteria; Timetable of Events and Specific Closing Dates; Minimum Requirements to Respond; Listing of Services Required; Listing of Questions; and Act 44 Disclosure.

Proposal Submission Procedure

Proposals are due to the Town on May 9, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. local prevailing time and shall be delivered to: Town of McCandless, Attn: Robert T. Grimm, 9955 Grubbs Rd, Wexford, PA 15090. Proposals must be sealed and clearly marked "Proposal for Pension Funds Investment Management Advisory Services" on the envelope. One (1) complete copy, one (1) unbound complete copy, and one (1) electronic copy of each proposal are to be submitted. The electronic copy component can be submitted via flash drive or emailed directly to the Town by sending a PDF copy to administration@townofmccandless.org.

Applicants may make inquiries for clarification of technical or administrative information to the designated contact for the Town. All questions regarding the RFP or the process should be addressed to administration@townofmccandless.org. Responses will be posted to the Applicant Q&A section of this page.
